Keith "Smokey" Johnson is the host of the Television Talk Show "The Umoja Circle", aired weekly, here in San Antonio Texas. It is an African Centered Talk Show, whose purpose is to correct errors, where errors are found about the thoughts, and experiences of African American; while introducing fact, where we find that people are working on fiction. He believes that you cannot love that which is distorted in your mind, and the discussions of our history in America; are full of distortions. The present is rooted in the past; so if your history is false, then so is your view of the present. For the nature of the history that we are given, shapes our perceptions of who we are, and what we are as a people. Therefore the story of our history that we tell in February is the history that we must tell day in, and day out, throughout the year.

Williams, a retired Air Force Senior Master Sergeant and Owner/Founder of Group Innovation & Diversity Training Associates, has over twenty years of human resources management and training experience. As an Equal Opportunity and Treatment/Human Relations Technician he has been intimately involved with organizational issues impacting on the human relations climate and performance effectiveness of macro and micro working environments.

Almas J. Sami' is a publisher, author, and professional speaker. He is founder of Sohaja Publishing Company. His noted book, "THE UNSHACKLED MIND: An Afrocentric Approach To Self Help" has received acclaim across America. His second book is "I Would Tell You These Things If I Were Your Father". He is also a contributing writer of the inspirational parenting book "IN SEARCH OF FATHERHOOD-Transcending Boundaries", joining Editor, Diane Sears and numerous authors including Dr. Alvin F. Poussaint, Gary A. Johnson, Dr. Warren Farrell and Martin G. Ramey to name a few. His children's book, "WHEN TREES COULD WALK" will also soon be released. Chief among his passions is working with schools, youth organizations, juvenile detention and correctional facilities as well as sitting in on individual and small group "rap sessions" with concerned youth and parents.
